PODCAST STRATEGY AND WORKFLOW REVIEW - TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Podcast Strategy and Workflow Review ("Services") provided by Leah Bryant Co LLC ("LBC," "we," or "us") to you ("Client" or "you").

By purchasing this service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

What's Included:
- A written review of your podcast launch strategy, promotion strategy, and workflow
- Identification of gaps, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
- Written feedback delivered within 48 business hours of receiving your materials

What's NOT Included: This is a one-time written review only. It does not include: audio editing, production management, long-term podcast support, ongoing coaching or consultation, implementation support, troubleshooting, follow-up questions, or any services beyond the written review.

2. TIMELINE

Your review will be delivered within 48 business hours after we receive all required materials from you. You must submit your strategy and workflow documents within 7 days of purchase. Delays in submission may result in delays in delivery.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Submit clear, organized documentation of your podcast strategy and workflow within 7 days of purchase
- Provide any clarifying information we request within 24 hours
- Understand that results depend entirely on your own implementation of the recommendations

LBC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submission of materials.

4. PAYMENT

The fee for this service is $125.00 USD, payable in full at the time of purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. You agree not to initiate chargebacks and to use the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms if any issues arise.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All feedback and recommendations provided by LBC remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal podcast project only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.

6. NO GUARANTEES

LBC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to audience size, downloads, revenue, or business growth. Results depend on your implementation. Testimonials represent what's possible but do not forecast your specific results.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBC's maximum liability for any claims arising from this service shall not exceed $125.00 (the amount you paid).

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

We will keep your strategy and business information confidential. You agree to keep any proprietary methods or frameworks shared by LBC confidential as well.

9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may use third-party technology (email, file sharing, AI tools, etc.) to deliver your review. You're responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of any tools we use. LBC is not liable for any data security issues with third-party platforms.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If any dispute arises, you agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation with LBC for at least 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in the state of Ohio.

11. GENERAL TERMS

- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Ohio law.
- No Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and LBC.
- Amendments: We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
