PODCAST TECH HOUR — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Podcast Tech Hour ("Services") provided by Leah Bryant Co LLC ("LBC," "we," or "us") to you ("Client" or "you").

By purchasing this service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

What's Included:

- A 60-minute live session focused exclusively on microphone selection and setup
- Review of your recording space and business goals to identify the right mic for your needs
- Feedback on your test recording to get you to a launch-ready sound

What's NOT Included:

This is a microphone setup and selection session only. It does not include: audio editing, production management, podcast strategy, workflow review, promotion planning, ongoing coaching or consultation, implementation support, troubleshooting after the session, follow-up questions, or any services beyond the 60-minute session.

2. TIMELINE

Your session will be scheduled after purchase. You are responsible for booking your session within 30 days of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited after 30 days.


3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Book and attend your session within 30 days of purchase
- Come prepared with your current gear (if any), your recording space details, and a test recording if available
- Provide any clarifying information we request prior to the session
- Understand that results depend entirely on your own implementation of the recommendations

LBC is not responsible for delays caused by failure to book or attend your scheduled session.


4. PAYMENT

The fee for this service is $125.00 USD, payable in full at the time of purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. You agree not to initiate chargebacks and to use the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms if any issues arise.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All recommendations and frameworks shared by LBC during your session remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal podcast project only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.


6. NO GUARANTEES

LBC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to audio quality, audience size, downloads, revenue, or business growth. Results depend on your implementation. Testimonials represent what's possible but do not forecast your specific results.


7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBC's maximum liability for any claims arising from this service shall not exceed $125.00 (the amount you paid).


8. CONFIDENTIALITY

We will keep your business information confidential. You agree to keep any proprietary methods or frameworks shared by LBC confidential as well.


9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may use third-party technology (video conferencing, file sharing, AI tools, etc.) to deliver your session. You're responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of any tools we use. LBC is not liable for any data security issues with third-party platforms.


10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If any dispute arises, you agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation with LBC for at least 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in the state of Ohio.


11. GENERAL TERMS

- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Ohio law.
- No Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and LBC.
- Amendments: We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
