By purchasing the SEAMless Podcast Growth Audit, you agree to the following terms:

1. What’s Included

Your SEAMless Podcast Growth Audit includes:
One private 1:1 strategy session (approximately 30 minutes)
A personalized SEAMless Growth Report with specific recommendations
A review of your podcast’s SEO + Search Optimization
Three key strategic next steps tailored to your goals
The option to apply your $497 investment toward a SEAMless Sprint or
Podcast Refresh Intensive if booked within 30 days of your audit

This offer is a one-time, strategic consultation. It does not include ongoing coaching, production support, or implementation services unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Payment + Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Because this is a limited-time, high-value service, **all sales are final and non-refundable.**

If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so with a minimum of **48 hours’ notice.** Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be forfeited.

3. Scheduling + Expiration

All sessions must be completed within **30 days** of purchase.
If not scheduled within that time frame, the session and deliverables are forfeited without refund.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While I’ll provide you with data-driven insights and personalized strategies, I can’t (and don’t) guarantee specific results, growth metrics, or income increases.

Podcast growth depends on multiple factors — including implementation, consistency, audience behavior, and your broader business strategy.
Your outcomes are ultimately determined by your own effort and execution.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during your audit is confidential. Your podcast details, analytics, and strategies will not be shared publicly without your written consent.

All frameworks, recommendations, and materials shared are proprietary to Leah Bryant Co. and may not be reproduced or distributed.

6. Upgrade Credit

If you decide to move forward with a SEAMless Sprint or Podcast Refresh Intensive within **30 days** of your audit, your $497 audit fee will be credited toward that investment.
